The quickest way to reach us is through email (contact form) and Discord. We check these channels constantly and always reply fast. Sometimes we get questions via private Instagram messages or YouTube reactions, but we are not 'on it' there, so anything other than mail and Discord is not recommended for quick support!
On average we dispatch orders within 24 hours. We only ship on working days, not during the weekends. The shipping time itself is fully depended on where you live, with around 4 to 5 working days for overseas orders, and 1 to 3 working days for European orders. We don't like back-orders, so most of the time out-of-stock items cannot be purchased. But if one of the items in your cart appears to be out-of-stock, we’ll try to contact you as soon as possible with detailed information by email.
We use FedEx to ship our products world wide. Every country they go to, we do as well. In the check-out form on our website you can see what your delivery fee is going to be based on your zip-code and the items in your cart. If there is no shipping info available, contact us and we’ll check what’s up.
Yes. All our rigs come with a few extra bolts and T-nuts to mount the most popular wheel bases and pedal sets.
This is a question that is very hard for us to answer. Being comfortable in a seat is a very personal thing. But to help you out as much as possible, we created a whole section about seats in our Knowledge Base. Check that out to view charts based on height and weight.

If you are not from the Netherlands, but live close by in Belgium or Germany and you want to place an order with local-pick up instead of shipping, please fill out 'The Netherlands' as your shipping address. A new option will pop up that lets you enable to pick up your order at our store.
A ‘bare’ Treq rig weighs around 21 kg (Treq One) to 35 kg (Treq Ace).
If you add accessories (keyboard trays, monitor mounts etc.) and a bucket seat, the additional weight can increase by another 20 kg.
