Although we did not participate in the Black Friday madness, order intake these last few days has been as high as ever. Our aluminum profiles are flying of the shelves in a manner we did not expect. On top of that, we are experiencing delays on our own supply. This means a lot of out-of-stock products that have a long time before getting restocked.
We don't like back-orders, and that's why most out-of-stock products cannot be placed in carts. A lot of our products our produced in-house, so once a product comes back in stock we might experience so many orders that we cannot guarantee the quick dispatch times you're used from us.
This time of year, please expect 1 to 2 weeks lead time. We apologize in advance.
We expect this crazy period to calm down and stock levels to reset in the beginning of January.
