The names leave little to the imagination. With the Inverted Pedal Deck you can flip your pedals upside down, placing the rotational point of your pedals above the pedal plates, just like in most cars. With the Pedal Raise Kit, you can turn your GT-rig into one with a more Formula style seating position.
