If you need additional bolts, check out our DIY section, or more specifically our Heusinkveld Mounting Set which can be used to mount all sorts of stand alone pedals.
PEDAL BRACKETS
Our pedal deck consists primarily of two brackets that are ment for mounting three aluminum extrusion profiles. One 8040 and two 4040's. This gives you an almost unlimited amount of pedal compatibility. If you've got pedals that are not featured in the table above, than see this sketch if they will fit or not. The 110mm and 153mm slotted holes can be used to slide the extrusion profiles.
The Pedal Brackets have a huge range of adjustability. You can choose your own height and tilt angle, that ranges from -30 to +40 degrees on a Treq One. On the CXX and Ace rigs, this is even more due to the extra slots in the base frame. You can also flip the complete deck for an additional set of options, so you always have enough to perfectly setup your pedals.
PEDAL SLIDER BASEPLATE
The baseplate of the Pedal Slider has the following dimensions (in millimeters):
Choosing a seat is not only very personal, but also a difficult thing to do when you are missing the luxery of trying out different seats. To help you out, we did a survey with our customers and asked them how their own seat fits them. This gave us the results below. Body length is in centimeters and body weight is in kilograms. If you track your own length and weight down the graph, it gives you an idea if a seat is suitable for you. But:
Seat Slider
Our seat slider is compatible with our own Seat Brackets of course, but if you want to mount brackets from a different brand, these are the dimensions of our sliders:
All our sim rigs and most of our accessories use aluminum extrusion profiles. The dimensions can be found here:
Aluminum Profile Systeem: | ITEM, ISB, ISP, I-Type |
Profile T-slot: | 8 mm (-0 / + 0,3 mm) |
Profile series: | 40 mm |
Profile core: | 6,8 mm |
Thread size (optional): | M8 x 15 mm |
BLACK ANNODIZING
The profiles are annodized with a black finish. Anodizing increases resistance to corrosion and wear, and gives the products a better look and feel. The surface of the profiles can be prone to scratching, but most scratches can later be removed by using an abrasive sponge.
PROFILE DEPTH
The depth of each profile slot is 12 mm. This is an important size when choosing which size of bolt to use, since a bolt that is too long will bite into the profile and cannot be tightend.
Maximum bolt lenght (mm) = 12 + thickness of the part you want to mount.
WEIGHT
4040 = 1,40 kg / m
8040 = 2,35 kg / m
12040 = 3,20 kg / m
16040 = 4,10 kg / m
